Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule with 48 hours notice to avoid a $75 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of $150. If we can't access your home at or within 20 minutes of the scheduled time (e.g., locked doors, alarms, or pets), a minimum charge of $150 will apply.


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Zelle — registered with (954) 865-7013

  • Venmo — @milahome (last 4 digits: 4364)

  • Credit Card — we send you a payment link (4% fee applies)


Referral Program

Welcome to Mila Home Services, LLC. By accessing or using our
website, booking services, or interacting with us, you agree to
the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


  1. Use of Services


By booking or using any of our cleaning services, you agree to:


1)Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling
services


2)Grant access to your premises at the scheduled time


3)Remove any fragile, hazardous, or sensitive items before our
visit


4)Pay all fees as agreed and on time


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if unsafe or
unsanitary conditions are present.


  1. Booking & Cancellations


All appointments must be booked in advance through text
message via (954)865-7013


If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify
us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of $150.


  1. SMS and Email Communication


By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to
receive communications from Mila Home Services regarding your
account and services.


These communications may include:


Appointment reminders and confirmations


Service updates or rescheduling notifications


Feedback requests and follow-ups


Marketing and promotional messages (with your opt-in)


Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.
You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP to SMS messages or
by clicking unsubscribe in emails.


  1. Service Limitations


We strive to provide professional and thorough cleaning services.
However, we are not responsible for:


Pre-existing damage to furniture or property


Items left unsecured or of high value


Loss or theft of personal property not disclosed prior to service

  1. Payments & Fees


All services must be paid using approved methods (credit/debit
card, Zelle, or Venmo). Late or failed payments may result in
service interruption or additional fees.

  1. Liability Disclaimer


Mila Home Services LLC shall not be liable for any incidental,
indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our
services. We maintain appropriate business liability insurance,
but your use of our services is at your own risk.

  1. Changes to These Terms


We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately
upon posting on this page.

  1. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States.
